Senior SEO Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO specialist to lead client strategies and mentor junior team members. Must have a proven track record of successful SEO campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and drive conversions.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Perform technical SEO audits and work with development teams to implement fixes.
• Manage on-page optimization efforts for content and landing pages.
• Lead link-building campaigns and other off-page SEO initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance, providing regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior SEO team members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an SEO-focused role, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing SEO campaigns and achieving measurable results.
• Expertise with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, crawlability, and indexation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
